Children focus on oral language and vocabulary, phonological awareness, math skills and literacy through a combination of instruction, group activities and centers.

· Recognize vowels, consonants, blends, sounds of one-vowel and two vowel words, sounds of long vowels

· Write letters of the alphabet and words

· Count 1 to 100, recognize 1-30, distinguish before and after numbers, and answer simple combinations

· Begin reading simple stories
